About the photographer
Photography for me is more than just my passion.
I love photographing couples in love, newborns, expecting mothers etc! My style is very laid back. I like fun, natural, candid portraits. If you have a busy toddler I would suggest doing their portraits at home or outdoors. Any expecting mothers can have a relaxed in-home portrait done in your baby’s nursery or living room. Outdoors is another great option for expecting mothers. I loved doing natural light portraits. Newborns are best in my home studio so I can control the environment to get the most out of your session.
My studio is currently located in my home in Council Bluffs. It has convenient access to the interstate. We are currently in the process of trying to sell our home. I am now available to take week day appointments!
Other exciting news! We are expecting our 1st baby! So I will be taking limited appointments for August and September to prepare for this change! I will take a few weeks off after the baby is born. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment!
Investment
Photo sessions fees vary depending on the type of session, age & number of children, and location. Session fees include only the photographer's time and talent, and do not include prints.
We are aware of the nature of children – sometime they just need a break. As such, there is no set time limit for sessions, nor are there a set number of frames taken. Sessions typically run about an hour. Newborns usually about 3 hours.

Sessions available for:
Maternity portraits - Sitting fee $75. You spouse/partner and other children are welcome to join us for this session.
Newborn portraits - Sitting fee $75. Approximately a 3 hour session. I love to photograph newborns as early as possible. Within 7 days is preferable as they are still lovely and sleepy and easy to curl up. Our next best option is before two weeks, so be sure to call me as early as possible so I can pencil in your due date!
If you are pregnant and planning on a newborn session, please call to book your appointment around your 7th month. I will tentatively schedule your session on your due date on my calendar! I schedule around three hours for a newborn session, so feel free to feed your baby as much as needed during the session to get the most out of your newborn photography session.
Baby’s first year package is available. Includes sessions for newborn, 4 months, 7 months, 9 months & 1 year. After the 1 year portraits you get a disc of all the images. Prints included: 1-11x14, 5-8x10s, 5-5x7s AND 50 custom birth announcements! Contact me for more info!
Infant & Children studio portraits - Sitting fee $50. Each child is a character- All their little quirks are unique and make them an individual. I want to capture these moments for you to remember and laugh about for the rest of their life.
On-location portraits are available in the Omaha area. I love to capture children in their natural state: running outdoors or chasing their sibling. They are encouraged to run around and play, twirl or jump! The focus is to show their true personality.
Family portraits are available for small groups. I do not offer coverage for large groups. Starting at $75.
Senior portraits - Sitting fee $300. Includes 2 outdoor locations with 2-3 outfit changes and includes 3-8x10, 2-5x7s, 16 wallets. Senior portraits are available for outdoors during the spring, summer and fall.
Custom graduation party invitations available!
Slideshows, Photo canvases, stand-outs, 'float' wraps are available for purchase from any session. Contact me for current prices.

Day after Session
Something to consider when you are planning your wedding – a “Day After Session” where the couple wears their gown and tux from the wedding. This is great to capture fun shots of the newlywed couple – completely unrushed!!
If you can, I highly recommend booking a “Day After Session” where you can enjoy having your photos taken after you just married without a rushed wedding-day timeline and without an “audience” is another plus! Contact me for details!
